I fält av silver ett från en av en vågskura bildad blå stam uppskjutande svart städ med röd sockel, över vilket en ur ett blått moln i övre vänstra sköldhörnet framkommande röd arm svingar en svart slägga.

Origin/meaning

The arms were first granted in 1937 and registered again in 1974.

The arms of Eskilstuna, earlier used by the town with the same name, allude to iron factory (the hammer and the anvil) and to the river Eskilstunaån.
