Escudo de verde, torre quadrangular de prata, realçada de negro, coberta de ouro, aberta e iluminada de vermelho, entre espiga de milho de vermelho, folhada de ouro e cacho de uvas de ouro, folhado de prata; campanha diminuta ondada de prata e azul de três tiras. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ PAÇOS - MELGAÇO “.
