D'azur à la roue d'engrenage d'argent, le moyeu de gueules percé d'argent, soutenue par deux branches de laurier d'or, fruitées de gueules, les tiges passées en sautoir en pointe et liées du même, au listel d'argent brochant en chef, chargé de l'inscription « MARNAZ » en lettres capitales de gueules et surmonté d'un tourteau de gueules rempli d'argent.
