Wapen van Moerbeke (Geraardsbergen)

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on August 4, 1818 and again on July 21, 1843.

The arms were created in 1843 as no historical seals or arms were known. Why the two reversed chevrons were chosen, however, is no longer known.
