Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on December 22, 1992.

The main charge is a road-cross. Even though Feilsdorf is a very small village, it has 8 typical road-crosses. The acorns symbolise the many oak forests in the area, the number of four symbolises the four former estates in the municipality.

Literature : Wappenbuch der Verbandsgemeinde Bitburg-Land 1995.
