Origin/meaning
The above arms were proposed in 1956, I have no information whether the municipality actually adopted these arms.
The arms show a cross, the old village sign, placed on the arms of the Wittelsbach family, Counts of the Pfalz. The village became a possession of the Pfalz in 1583.
