Shield: Azure (Oriental Blue) three plates two and one, on a chief dancetty of four three hurts fesswise.

Description: A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Azure (Oriental Blue) three plates two and one, on a chief dancetty of four three hurts fesswise. Attached below the shield a Black scroll inscribed "FROM DARKNESS TO LIGHT" in Silver letters.
