Polcený štít, pravá polovina dělená, nahoře v modrém poli stříbrný vztyčený meč se zlatým jílcem a záštitou podložený zlatými váhami, dolní pole černo-štříbrno-červeně děleno. V levé zlaté polovině černá vztyčená ostrev s osmi suky.
