Origin/meaning
The field of sinople symbolizes the character of service. The Puerta de Agustina de Aragón represents the spirit of sacrifice of Unity, which the Aragonese defenders displayed: the Cross of San Jorge pays homage to the Patron Saint of Aragón. The Coat of Arms was approved 16 June 2003.
