Official blazon
Escudo de ouro, biscoitos ( rochas basálicas ) de negro, realçados de prata, firmados em contra-chefe ondado de verde e prata de cinco tiras; em chefe, cruz da Ordem de Cristo, vazia do campo e acompanhada de dois cachos de uvas de púrpura, engaçados de verde. Coroa mural de três torres de prata. Listel branco com a legenda a negro : " BISCOITOS - PRAIA DA VITÓRIA ".

The arms were officially granted on June 26, 1995.
