State : Bayern
Origin/meaningThe arms were officially granted on July 31, 1979 The silver/black shield with the dog is the arms of the founder of the local church, Eberhard Peringerstorfer, who died in 1447 and whose grave can still be seen in the local church. The small shield shows the arms of Albertus of Rückersdorf, mentioned in the 13th century, a family who named itself after the estate in the municipality.
