Blason de Carqueiranne
Official blazon
French De sinople à l'araire d'argent; au chef d'or chargé de trois tulipans tigées et feuillées de deux pièces de gueules, et mouvant du trait du chef.
English No blazon/translation known. Please click here to send your (heraldic !) blazon or translation

Origin/meaning

The arms show three tulip (Tulipa praecox) flowers, a wild tulip widespread in Provence and common on the Carqueiranne restanques, which is one of the very first flowers to bloom as soon as the beautiful days of spring return. The lower half symbolises agriculture.
