Escudo partido. 1º, en campo de gules una banda de oro acompañada de cuatro flores de lis del mismo metal, dos a cada lado; 2º, en campo de oro, un árbol de su color terrasado de sinople, atravesado a su tronco un lobo de plata, con cadena y collar de oro, y por detrás cruzadas en aspa una lanza y un machete ambos de plata, y en la copa asoma un gavilán, de plata, con las alas abiertas. Adornado con hojas de roble y bellotas, una Banda superior con la inscripción “Zornotza” y otra Banda con la inscripción "Ayuntamiento de Amorebieta-Etxano".
