An old-fashioned muzzle-loading gun; abov, a scroll inscribed with the motto "Ubique" (Everywhere) ensigned by a crown; below the gun the motto "Quo Fas et Gloria Ducunt" (Whither Right and Glory lead). In gilt metal or gilding metal.
