SANKT JOHANN IN DER HAIDE
State : Steiermark
District : Hartberg-Fürstenfeld (until 2015 Hartberg)
German | blazon wanted |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on January 27, 1989.
The church of St. Johann is dedicated to St. Johannes Baptista. His main attribute, the Agnus Dei, is the main charge of the arms. The other charges, a ploughshare and two stylised trees of life (arbores vitae), are taken from the seals of local administrators.
