History: Established as Air Force Materiel Command, and activated, on 1 July 1992.

Origin/meaning

The Emblem was approved for Air Materiel Command (later, Air Force Logistics Command) on 16 June 1947; with CSAF approval, adopted by Air Force Materiel Command on 1 July 1992. Latest rendition approved on 22 April 2013.
