Hõbedase kilbi külgedest eenduvad punased, müüritud, alt lainelõikelised sadamamuulid. Parempoolsel muulil on punane torn. Sinisel lainelõikelisel vapitüvel on võrdsete vahedega kuus hõbedast lainelõikelist varrast, millest ülemine eraldab muulid vapitüvest.
Origin/meaning :
The arms were officially granted on December 1, 1994.
The arms show the entrance to the local harbour, which was built as a harbour for the Russian fleet.
