Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on August 27, 1990.
The Pascal lamb (or Agnus Dei) is the symbol of St. John, the local patron saint. The silver cross on gules is an allusion to the fact that Aiguaviva was the centre of a Templar command in 1209 (later Hospitaller in 1317).
