Escut caironat: faixat d'or i de gules de 6 peces. Ressaltant sobre el tot un sant Jordi a cavall matant el drac, tot d'argent amb l'escut carregat d'una creu plena de gules. Per timbre una corona mural de poble.

Origin/meaning

The arms are canting: they show an image of St. George (Sant Jordi) killing the dragon. The barry Or and Gules are the arms of the counts of Empúries, the lords of the village. These arms have been officially granted on 29th November 1983.
