Escudo de azul, lábaro de São João Baptista de prata com cruz de vermelho e haste de ouro, posto em pala, entre dois peixes de prata, o da dextra volvido, em ponta, um cacho de uvas de púrpura, folhado de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : " FREGUESIA DE SÃO JOÃO DA PESQUEIRA ".
