In keel een geharnaste rechterarm, houdende een Turks zwaard, beide van goud, en kommende uit een wolk van zilver aan de linkerzijde van het schild: een golvende schildvoet, golvend doorsneden van zilver en azuur. Als embleemspreuk PARAAT VOOR VRIJHEID in Latijnse letters van goud op een lint van keel.
