Official blazon

Schräg geteilt von Rot und Grün mit rechtem silbernen Faden, oben ein goldener Mühlstein mit freiem Mahlauge und zwei nach der Teilung gestellte abgewendete goldene Ähren, unten ein schräger goldener Schlüssel mit Bart oben zum Schildrand hin und viereckigem Schließblatt.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 16, 2009.

The key refers to the local monastery, destroyed in the 16th century. The village developed around the monastery. The upper part refers to the formerly important mill (millstone) and the wheatears refer to the agricultural character of the village.
