ANGATH
State : Tirol
District : Kufstein
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on September 11, 1967.
The two water lily leaves are taken from the arms of the Frauenchiemsee Abbey, which had many possessions in the area for a very long time. The oars refer to the fact that the village was important in shipping on the Inn river.
