Escudo de azul, fonte de três bicas de prata, jorrando água do mesmo, entre flor-de-lis de ouro, em chefe e um cacho de uvas de ouro, folhado de prata, em ponta. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ ASSENTIZ –RIO MAIOR “.
