Escudo de ouro, bandeira quadrada de vermelho, carregada com uma cruz flordelisada de prata, aberta do campo, com haste de negro; em chefe, dois ramos de açucenas de verde, floridos de prata, passados em aspa; em ponta, um ramo de oliveira, posto em faixa, folhado de verde e frutado de negro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ ATOUGUIA - OURÉM “.
