Origin/meaning

The Pine tree was the central device of the badge of the former Canadian Army Camp Borden. The Motto is from the former Royal Canadian Air Force Station Borden. This to indicate the Base's history. The Motto whose meaning is "From the very beginning" symbolises the founding of the Royal Canadian Air Force at Borden. Also troops has been dispatched from Borden, to fight in most wars in which Canada has taken part.
