Escudo de ouro, duas gavelas de milho de verde, cada uma com três espigas de milho de prata, alinhadas em faixa, entre uma mó de moinho de negro em chefe e um monte de dois cômoros de verde, carregados de três burelas ondadas de prata, azul e prata, em campanha. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ CANDEMIL - AMARANTE “.
