Escudo de ouro, uma roda dentada de negro tendo sobreposto um caduceu de azul posto em pala, ladeado à dextra por cacho de uvas de púrpura, folhado de verde e, à sinistra, por pinha com sua rama de verde; em chefe, duas chaves de vermelho passadas em aspa. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: "FREGUESIA de CANTANHEDE".
