D'argento, all'aquila dal volo abbassato al naturale, rostrata, membrata e coronata all'antica d'oro, tenente sul becco una lista svolazzante d'azzurro col motto: "SANGUINIS EFFUSIONE"; in oro. L'aquila caricata in petto da uno scudetto ovato di rosso al monte di tre cime di verde movente dalla punta e sormontato da una corona antica di oro. Ornamenti esteriori da Citta.
