  • (fr) Écartelé d'azur et de sable ; à l'écusson d'or chargé d'une croix d'azur cantonnée de quatre soleils non figurés de gueules, brochant en coeur et soutenu d'un massacre de cerf d'argent également brochant sur la partition.

Origin/meaning

I have not much information on the meaning or origin of these arms; only that the escutcheon in the center is that of the Hurault family, lords of Cheverny, who built the splendid 17th c. castle that still exists.
