DOBRZEŃ WIELKI
Origin/meaning
The blue bend symbolizes the Oder river, flowing through the municipality. The anchor refers to the navigation on the Oder and shipbuilding. The wheatear is a symbol of local agriculture. The half cross is taken from the arms of the city of Opole.
