Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro: “ GEMUNDE - MAIA “.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on November 10, 1999.
The book and the two palm leaves refer to the local patron saint Cosmas and Damianus. The green field and the corn cobs refer to the nature and the agricultural character of the parish. The base symbolises the Setões river.
