This Wing is a Multinational Unit beeing staffed by personnel from Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden and the United States. The Coat of Arms symbolises the World Wide Transportation Commitment of the Wing's three C-17 Globemaster III. As the Wing is based at Pápa Air Base in Hungary, the Aicraft spot Hungarian Air Force National Insignia to follow international rules.
