Official blazon

In Silber über grünem Berg ein mit dem Mundstück nach links gekehrtes schwarzes Jagdhorn mit silbernen Beschlägen.

Origin/meaning

The arms are canting, showing a horn over a mountain (Berg).The composition was already used in the early 20th century, but the arms were newly designed and adopted in 1948. The village continued, however, the use of the old seal until 1956. The seal showed a natural cow's horn instead of the hunting horn, see below.
