Arms : Tierce in pairle azure, argent and Or, in chief a garb of the third, in base to the dexter a gavel erect sable and to the sinister aT square erect interlaced with an open foot-rule proper.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, Issuant from the battlements of a tower argent, a dexter hand holding a flambeau erect fired, both proper.
Supporters: On the dexter side an ancient Briton holding in the exterior hand a club resting on the shoulder proper; and on the sinister side a Roman citizen holding in the exterior hand a scroll proper.
Motto: Fortiter, fideliter, feliciter.
