JOHN JOSEPH SULLIVAN
Born: July 5, 1920
Deceased: February 11, 2001
Bishop of Grand Island, 1972-1977
Bishop of Diocese of Kansas City-Saint Joseph, 1931-1937
Bishop of Grand Island |
Bishop of Kansas City-Saint Joseph |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
As common in US episcopal heraldry, the arms show the arms of the diocese impaled with the personal arms of the bishop.
The chief of the personal arms shows 5 arrowheads as a symbol for Oklahoma. I have no further information or a coloured version of these arms. Any information is welcome !
