KINNA

Province (Landskap): Västergötland
County (Län): Västra Götalands län
Incorporated into : 1971 Mark

Kinna kommunvapen

Official blason

En tre gånger delad sköld av guld och svart med tre svarta kulor i vart och ett av guldfälten och en vävskyttel av guld i vart och ett av de svarta fälten.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 27, 1934 to the Kinna Community and transferred in 1947 to the Kinna town.

The arms indicate the importance of the textile industry in the town. The balls are taken from the seal of the former Mark hundred, known since 1571.
