Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on November 24, 1995.
The arms show in the upper part the three linden leaves, which were part of the old seal of the municipality. The lower part shows symbols for the two villages in the municipality; the milling stone for Haindorf, which can still be seen in the village, and the bust of St.Mauritius, the patron saint of Krautheim.
