German In Rot ein silberner Rechtsschrägwellenbalken, in rotem Schildhaupt sechs grüne Tannen auf sechs silbernen Hügeln.

Origin/meaning

The wavy bar symbolises the Emme river, the trees symbolise the forests. The arms were devised around 1900 and were officially adopted in 1945.
