I blått fält tre bjälkvis över varandra ställda laxar av silver med röd beväring, därest sådan skall komma till användning.

Origin/meaning

Three fishes were present in the seal of the town as early as in the 14th century. The salmon fishery in the river Lagan has been important. As Laholm used to be a town, the municipality is entitled to use a mural crown on shield.
