Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on February 2, 2004.

The silver pale refers to the main road separating the villages of Lambertsberg and Greimelscheid. The division also refers to the two towers in the villages. Lambertsberg is symbolised by the crosier and staff of St. Lambertus, the local patron saint. The foour stars refer to the villages of Plütscheid, Hargarten, Mauel and Lascheid, which belonged to the Lambertsberg parish.
