Escudo de negro, com três espigas de milho de ouro folhadas de verde e atadas de vermelho em ponta. Orla de de prata carregada de oito cachos de uvas de púrpura folhadas e sustidas de verde. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com os dizeres : " VILA DE LOUSADA ", de negro.
