En campo de plata, una torre de su color, almenada, abierta y mazonada de sable, de cuyo homenaje sale un brazo al natural, moviente del flanco diestro del jefe, cuya mano sostiene tres banderas que voltean al aire hechas un haz, la diestra de gules, la siniestra de azur, y la de en medio de oro, cargada de dos fajas de gules. Alrededor del campo lleva una cinta de azur, cargada con el anagramado en el letras de sable, perfiladas de oro:“Muy Noble y Muy Leal Villa de Mancha Real”. Contorno español y timbre de corona real cerrada.
