D'argento alla fascia di verde carica di un edificio d'argento costituito da un corpo centrale, scalinato, esastilo, aperto di tre e finestrato di tre, con frontone sormontato da cinque statue, quattro laterali (2-2) ed una centrale, e da due corpi laterali finestrati su tre file di quattro, la fila centrale a finestre più alte; la fascia accompagnata in capo da una ruota di rosso, dentata a coda di rondine, e in punta da un fiume fluttuoso al naturale.
