Un campo d’azzurro, alla torre cilindrica d’argento, avvinghiata da una serpe di nero che, risalendo in senso sinistrorso i fianchi di essa torre, introduce la testa nell’alta finestra aperta nel campo… lo scudo fra due rami di quercia e d’alloro decussati alla base è timbrato dalla corona urbica del rango di città. |
