Escudo de negro, arco de ponte de prata, lavrado a negro, movente dos flancos e assente num contra-chefe de cinco faixetas ondadas, três de prata e duas a azul, vogando na do centro um barco a vermelho com três remos de ouro realçados a negro. Em chefe uma torre torreada de prata, aberta e iluminada a vermelho, acompanhada de duas abelhas de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com os dizeres de negro : " PONTE DA BARCA ".
