Escudo de prata, com uma cruz de Malta de vermelho, acompanhada em orla por sete torres de vermelho, abertas e iluminadas de azul. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com os dizeres : " VILA DE PORTEL ", em letras de negro.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on February 29, 1936.
