(de) In Schwarz eine gezinnte goldene Wehrmauer mit zwei aufgesetzten goldenen Türmen mit roten Spitzdächern und goldenen Knäufen; der rechte Turm mit zwei Fenstern und drei kleinen Satteltürmen, der linke Turm mit einem Fenster.

Origin/meaning

The arms show a castle (Burg). The castle already appeared on the seal dating from 1540, but most likely this seal was based on an older one. Later seals and images all showed a castle, but the size, shape and colours differed.
