Escudo burelado ondeado de prata e azul e brocante uma banda de vermelho carregada de três crescentes de ouro no sentido da banda. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: “ RIO DE MOURO “.
