Official blason:
In Silber über rotem Wellenschildfuß ein schreitender roter Hirsch.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on September 18, 1968.

The arms are canting, the name is derived from a red watering place for animals (Roter Wildsuhle), and thus show a red deer and red water in the base.

The local seal showed the same composition with the addition of a pine tree. This seal was used from around 1930 until 1968.
